T20 World Cup 2024 Groups
The T20 World Cup 2024, set to start from 1 June, features a total of 55 matches spread across 9 venues.
There are four groups of five teams each, comprising a total of twenty cricket teams. Every team in the group will play each other once, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the Super Stage 8 round. For this tournament, the four groups are as follows:

Co-hosts USA are joined in Group A by bitter rivals India and Pakistan, as well as Canada, making their event debut, and Ireland, representing Europe.
The two previous Men’s T20 World Cup winners, Australia and England, will play Namibia, Scotland, and Oman in Group B.
Group C includes the West Indies, New Zealand, Afghanistan, Uganda, and Papua New Guinea. Group D matches South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the Netherlands, and Nepal against each other.
The World Cup is seeing its largest-ever participation of 20 nations, including Uganda, an African nation making its competition debut. On the basis of scheduling and formats, the 29-day ICC T20 World Cup matches represent a significant milestone in the tournament’s history.
The United States and the West Indies will host separate group matches at different stadiums. There will be 55 matches in total, distributed across 9 locations, in the T20 World Cup 2024, that starts on June 1. The matches will take place in six venues in the West Indies and the remaining four in the USA. The Super Eight and knockout stages will take place in the West Indies.
