India vs Pakistan match in T20 World Cup 2024 breaks all records

The rivalry between India and Pakistan in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 has sparked a great deal of excitement, with demand for tickets significantly exceeding supply. Tickets for the India-Pakistan match have been more popular than anticipated, according to the ICC. There is no doubt that the India-Pakistan match at every World Cup creates a lot of interest. It’s quite encouraging to see those two nations visit the United States.

At the World Cup, which will take place in June, India is grouped with the United States, Canada, Ireland, and Pakistan in Group A. On June 9 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York, the Men in Blue will play the Pakistani team.

There has been an unprecedented amount of interest in the much awaited fight in New York, with ticket requests in the public ballot exceeding capacity by a factor of 200. Applications for the event’s tickets were made available to the general public and ended on February 7.


The 34,000-seat temporary Nassau County International Cricket Stadium is still under construction on Long Island. Even so, the excitement for the match between the two nearby cricket teams is evident from the fact that tickets have already sold out.

This international cricket competition will be the first of its kind to be conducted in the United States. There are 16 games that will be played in different parts of the country, including Grand Prairie Stadium near Dallas and Lauderhill, South Florida.
