ICC T20 Team Ranking 2024: Men’s Cricket Team Ranking, Rating and Points
The International Cricket Council established the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings as a global ranking system for Twenty20 cricket teams. The participating teams use a predetermined algorithm to collect points after every Twenty20 International match. Next, the total number of matches played is divided by the sum of these points for each side. The team’s ranking on the rankings table is decided by the rating that is produced by this algorithm. Teams are sorted according to ranking in descending order.
The current T20I Team Rankings show that India has risen seven spots to the top spot with a rating of 264. Having received a 252 rating, Australia is ranked second, and England is ranked third. According to the most recent T20 ICC Team Rankings, New Zealand is ranked fifth, and South Africa is in fourth place.
